- What is Battle Of The Bands (BoB) ?
BoB is when music bands compete against each other to become the best group. To be the best, bands need to show excellence in musical skills, creativity in songs, stage prescence, crowd feedback etc. Participants of our Watt-Festival will be judged on these criteria.
- How many members in a band ?
According to the Rulebook, between 4-7 members can be in a band.
There will be a soundcheck on the previous day of the event (7th March). Timeslots and updates will follow shortly.
- Is there any requirements for songs ?
Participants can perform any genre they want. However, use of explicit language will not be tolerated.
- What equipment is available at the venue ?
The venue is managed by an external audio company. We will also have a Drumkit and Keyboard present. All other equipment will need to be brought by the participants.
- What is the timelimit for each participant?
According to the Rulebook, bands will have between 15-20 mins (inclus of Setup) for their slot.. Going beyond the time alloted will result in a disqualification.

The event is located at Phileas Fogg's, Emirates Hills
Entrance is free for all participants and audience. Students will be given a wristband for identification purposes.
